All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
All Shipments are Delivered via Canada Post.
Since Canada Post ships your orders, we are not liable for:
- mistakes made by Canada Post
- wrong address given by customers
- damage to order by postal service
- P.O. Box issues
- stolen packages after delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping & handling charge for orders is as follows:
- Orders under $140.00: $15.00
- Orders $140.00 and over: FREE shipping nationwide!
Delivery delays can occur during busy shopping seasons.
Shipment Destinations & P.O. Boxes
GOC only ships to addresses within Canada, including P.O. Boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Orders completed after 2PM PST will only be processed the following business day.
Customs , Duties & Taxes
GOC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

GOC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. See Refund Policy.
