How do I place an Order?
You will need to register for a membership before you can place an order. The application process is easy, register here!

Once you are satisfied with your order, you can proceed to the checkout page to pay for your order using Interac E-transfer. Please note the E-transfer details on the order confirmation page and in the email you will receive following your order.
Unpaid orders will only be held for 72 hours before being cancelled to allow those items to be added back into our available inventory. If you order has been cancelled, you can simply replace your order and proceed with payment.
After we have received your payment, we will start the process of packing your order to be shipped as soon as possible. Once we’ve shipped your order, you will receive an email with tracking details that you can also view in your order details via your membership portal.
How do I become a GOC Member?
You must be 19+, have a Canadian address, and have a valid email address.
Once you’ve applied, you’ll receive an email to verify your account. Upon verification, you will receive another email notifying you of your account activation, and you can place your first order!
Is the information that I provide safe and confidential?
Simple answer:Â Yes!
Everyone has a legitimate and understandable concern about any personal information they provide online. Over the past 5 years we have conducted business with 1000’s of Canadians online and during this time we have always taken the security of our customers confidential information as a primary commitment and take numerous steps to keep all such data secure. We never share or sell anyone’s information, we care about the customers we deliver to. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
What is your Return Policy?
As we cannot control weather conditions and delivery methods, we unfortunately do not accept refund, return or exchange requests unless an item is manufacturer-defective. Photo and/or video evidence is required for any such claims.
Faulty pens are replaced with your following order if there is enough evidence that it was faulty upon arrival.
Unfortunately, pens and cartridges that have been delivered for longer than 1 week (5 business days) are not refundable or replaceable.

Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We can only deliver to billing and delivery addresses in Canada. We regret that no shipments outside of Canada are currently available at this time.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all packages using Canada Post with the following estimated shipping times:
Western Canada: 2-5 business days
Eastern Canada: 4-7 business days
Northern or isolated Canadian locations:Â 7-10 business days
These estimates commence on the date that a package is shipped, not the date that an order is placed. Business days in Canada count as a weekday that are not a stat holiday.
Please be aware Canada Post often experiences delays in processing and shipping packages, so we kindly ask for your patience. Once packages leave our custody and ship out, we are unable to do anything about delays.
What does shipping cost?
All orders $140 or higher are shipped free of charge! If your order is under $140, then it’s just $15 for shipping anywhere in Canada.
Lost or stolen packages?
While we take every precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows successful delivery. The customer assumes all responsibility for orders marked as delivered or out for delivery. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please contact us at infogoc@protonmail.com, and we’ll investigate. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
How will my order be packaged?
Plain and simple.
To ensure freshness and discretion, all of our products are vacuum-sealed in odor-proof bags and shipped in unmarked Canada Post bubble mailers. These mailers contain only the necessary tracking and delivery information.
For orders valued at $300 or more, we automatically include Signature-Required Delivery Confirmation for your protection. While you can waive this requirement, we strongly advise against doing so, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your order is under $300, you have the option to add Signature-Required Delivery Confirmation. Simply leave a note in the message box when placing your order.
To change the signature requirement for an existing order, please contact customer service.
Optional: Delivering to Sub-Units
If you reside in a basement suite or sub-unit, you can indicate this by adding a “B” or other relevant designation in the Address Line 2 field during checkout. However, please be aware that mail carriers are not required to deliver to basement suites or sub-units. They may leave your package at the main street address. We cannot guarantee delivery to basement suites or sub-units and are not responsible for lost or missing packages if you choose this delivery option.
Damaged items?
GOC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We do accept refund requests for defective items, and photo evidence is required for any such claims. Please see our refund policy for more details.
Do you offer Same Day Delivery?

How do I become a GOC Member?

Do you have a Loyalty Program?
Yes, become a GOC member by signing up here and start earning 1 GOC point per $1 spent on all your orders!
15 GOC Points = $1 you can put towards a future order. However, GOC points can’t be earned on sale or discounted products.
You can also earn 150 GOC points per product you have purchased for writing a Review! You must be logged in and have a completed purchase of a product to access the review form.
How can I use my GOC points?
You can view your accumulated GOC points in your member portal and at the top of your cart and the checkout page.
To redeem your GOC points, enter the amount of points you’d like to use in the field in the cart or the checkout page.
Minimum order amount to redeem GOC points is $120, and you can redeem up to 300 GOC points per $120 spent. That’s $20 off!
GOC points can’t be used to cover shipping costs or in conjunction with discount codes.
How do Referrals work?
Referrals are easy!
Simply click on the GOC Points tab on your Membership page. From there, you can send your friend, wife, brother, neighbour, whoever, a referral email using any of the convenient share buttons or by copy/paste.
To receive your GOC points, your friend must sign up and register for their own GOC Membership and place a minimum order of $100 within 7 days of the referral.
Once we receive payment for their first order, you’ll be awarded 7,500 GOC points and your referred friend will receive 4,500 GOC points.
